Happy Birthday to Whitney and any other Sagittarians or Capricorns.

This is a little salute to Whitney Reynolds. Her birthday was this week, and I think we ought to take notice! What do you think, Thanh?
PS: Are there any others out there under the sign of the Archer (or the Goat)? Well, here's to you!
Signed,
your mean-spirited, joy-killing teacher JD

SORRY Whitney! And happy belated birthday! I hope you can forgive your AP Lit family :). I talked to Thanh, and we are going to make sure we get down everyone's birthday so that this doesn't happen again.

Mr. Duncan: You mentioned that your birthday was coming up. Please let us know when so one of us can give you your dose of embarrassment!

You know, Mr. Duncan, I think there should be a post to honor all those AP lit birthdays we missed from earlier in the year, like those from september til the Smiths' birthdays. That way everyone will get a birthday shoutout. By the way, happy belated birthday, Whitney.

Phew, after that intense blog-post-writing session, I gotta wind down with a little colloquial babble and wish Whitney a happy birthday. I remember meeting her a few years back in Japanese 2. We ended up as partners at the start of the year, and neither of us remembered much from Japanese 1, haha. She was nice enough, and easy to get along with, so we eventually got around to being friends. As for fun times, well, last year in American Studies 11 there was a substantial amount of not-working-on-projects-and-talking-instead going on, hahaha.

I hope no one minds that I don't spell check this; I'm feeling pretty lazy right about now.

I think you have brought out the true meaning of Chriskwanzikah out to everyone. Thanks Mr. Duncan :]

I guess I'll have a little bonanza with Whitney and how she has made an impact on me. I met her last year in Japanese class, and I always thought she was a senior because of how mature she was. This may sound silly, but I always felt a little smaller than her because she seemed like such a cool person and I'm just a Thanh. Hahaha, but I got to know her and she is such a fun person to talk to. Gee whiz, during the fire alarm earlier this year (during our class), I'm talking to her and her and Brandon were talking about Metallica. I tell her that I thought that they were awful, and she's so adorable, she is like "Thanh! Shame, shame! They are a terrific band, you should learn to enjoy music" hahhaha. I'll try Whitney.

Whitney, you are a really important part of the AP Lit family like Roopa said, and I want to let you know happy birthday because you are only 18 years old, 3 days, 28 minutes, 46 seconds once. Treasure every moment that you have with friends, and enjoy your life to its greatest extent. I'll see you later today :]
